biography

Born in 1998, Laura started dancing at the age of 9 in Quebec City, where she was raised. After a few years of doing urban dance as a recreational hobby, she took the initiative to study in one of the Sports and Arts programs at Cardinal-Roy, where she concluded her last four years of high school studies. After graduating from the professional training in dance at the École de danse de Québec, she studied social sciences for a brief period.
TRAINING

Since 2017, her participation in many competitions as a solo performer and choreographer has attracted attention and numerous awards. These events reaffirmed her desire to continue her passion to dance. She has since then traveled endlessly to develop her artistic vocabulary: RubberbanDance, Modus operandi, Anton Lachky-Puzzle Work and Toronto Dance Theater intensives, as well as open classes at the Underground Dance Center, Broadway Dance Complex., Millennium Dance Complex (Toronto) and many others.
Career

Laura started her career from an early age, since she began teaching at the age 15. First for recreational schools, then for competitive troups, then for dance concentrations and finally for intensive dance programs.
Following the exposure that brought Revolution, the largest televised dance competition in Quebec, Laura had the privilege to work for Roxane Bruneau, Marjorie Pedneault, The 7 fingers, the College Notre-Dame des Lourdes and the Carnaval de Québec as a dancer, choreographer, speaker and artistic director, always with William-Nicolas Tanguay.
